1. Общие положения

В соответствии с правилами Великобритании о потребительских контрактах (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), покупая данный цифровой курс и получая доступ к контенту, вы выражаете согласие на отказ от своего 14-дневного права на отказ от покупки. После того как доступ к цифровому контенту (видеоурокам) был предоставлен или начат просмотр, возврат денежных средств не производится.
7. Изменения условий
    Школа может пересматривать настоящие Условия использования в любое время без предварительного уведомления. Используя этот сайт, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать текущую версию настоящих Условий использования.
8. Применимое право
    Любые претензии, связанные с сайтом Школы, регулируются законодательством Англии и Уэльса (England and Wales) без учета его коллизионных норм.

   All sales of digital products and course access are final. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by purchasing this digital course and accessing the content, you express consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once the digital content (video lessons) has been accessed or streamed, no refunds will be issued.
8. Site Terms of Use Modifications
    The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
    Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
